BMW R100rt 1982 “Alfonso”

This custom BMW R100rt from 1981 started as a standard bike in very poor condition. The engine wasn’t running, the block was completely oxidized, and everything else had deteriorated. Since I was making and selling a lot of subframes at the time, I decided to use this bike as a model. After it had served as a donor for various subframes, I felt it was time to do something unique with this BMW.
